Hello ! Welcome to our community!

We’re Susie and Phil and we’d like to tell you more about the community we’ve created and how you can get involved. 

Our online community is a space for anyone looking to prioritise themselves and their wellbeing.

 Alongside our community members and an incredible team of trained facilitators, we offer a range of online events and tools to support you. 

You can join us for morning Mindfulness practices, wellbeing workshops, listening spaces, rest practices, Yoga Nidra, Qi Gong, and more - all from the comfort of your own home. 

Why should you join us? 

If you’re looking for mindfulness and wellbeing support, this is the place for you. Maybe you’d like to live with more ease, give yourself time and space to rest, or let go of something that’s weighing you down, or maybe you’d just like to give mindfulness a try and see what it’s like! 

Whatever has brought you here, our community can help you to re-prioritise your self-care so you can:

3 - Learn techniques to boost wellness

By being part of the community you get to be part of a wide wellbeing network. You will see regular articles, and links to guided practices. You can form connections which will help you to thrive and grow. 

Every month we'll have a different topic, picked to challenge and inspire you. Subscribers also get the chance to attend free sessions almost every day to really help prioritise their wellbeing. 

What makes us different? 

We run live online events, it means that you can join us from anywhere. You don’t have to leave the house to access a mindfulness group, and it can be great for people with caring responsibilities or other accessibility needs. 

Because we’re live we can give you personal feedback, tips and practices that are tailored to you. If there is something you don’t understand, or you’re not sure how to do something we are here to help. 

We’re also not here for one-size-fits-all mindfulness, we know that everyone is different and the ways that you might practice or connect with something will be different. We’re here to meet you where you are, wherever that is in your well being journey.
